Mercier Carpet Service is a second generation, family-owned and operated company that has been serving businesses and residents of the Pioneer Valley community for the past 53 years. Started in 1967 by Charles Mercier, Sr., the company is now operated by two of his sons Charles Mercier, Jr. and Douglas Mercier.

Since its inception, Mercier Carpet Service has evolved into a full service flooring company offering sales and installation of a variety of flooring materials including carpet, vinyl, ceramic tile, VCT, hardwood, and laminate flooring.
